Enrique Trinidad is the newly appointed Executive Chef at Warwick Country Club, bringing over 20 years of culinary experience and a deep passion for his craft. Having worked hand in hand with Chef Brian Dinan as Sous Chef, Enrique has played a key role in shaping the club’s dynamic dining offerings, crafting dishes that reflect both creativity and dedication.
Enrique’s culinary journey began long before his time at Warwick Country Club. More recently, he spent five years as Executive Sous Chef at Los Andes Restaurant, developing an impressive repertoire of flavors and techniques. His extensive background across a wide variety of cuisines allows him to offer diverse, elevated dishes that delight and satisfy a range of dishes.
During his time at Warwick Country Club, Chef Enrique has continued to impress members with signature dishes that have quickly become favorites, such as his rich lasagna, shepherd's pie, and indulgent chocolate bread pudding last season, or this season featuring his delicious Bolognese
, Chicken Spiedini, and Tres Leches Cake. These dishes, along with many others, highlight his commitment to quality ingredients and intricate flavors, ensuring that Warwick Country Club’s culinary offerings continue to impress, making every dining experience exceptional.
